350KD-20hr Ground Studio Package

Please read carefully

Package usage terms: hours provided in package must be used within 2 months period, booking must be in hourly increments and any partial hour used will be counted as full hour.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 72 hours of the session date is refundable and non-refundable for request made after the set grace period before session date.

Late or No show: If customer is late or does not show up for booked session they will not receive any refund and they can not reschedule.

Changing session time & Date: In case of changing the session date or time we ask the customer to make the request as soon as possible to avoid studio not being available , a minimum of 48 hours. before session date.

Equipment terms: All equipment can only be used within the studio space, under no circumstances is it allowed to use the equipment outside. Rental of equipment does not include any technical assistance in settings or monitoring, equipment is only provided to client.

Missing or Damaged Equipment Policy: In case of any loss or damage done to any of the rented equipment, a fine will be determined after full inspection. Amount may reach up to full equipment price for replacement.

Security Camera: The studio is equipped with security cameras.

Discounts and promotions: during discounts and promotion other terms and condition apply and will be expressed during that period.

Other terms: studio capacity as set on bookings pages must be adhered to and under no circumstances more attendees can be permitted within studio space. number of allocated parking spots must also be adhered to and we ask client to not park in neighboring villas or block the road.
